Tim O'Halloran is a fully licensed Real Estate agent and registered Property Valuer who has a wealth of experience in sales, leasing and management. He currently holds a Graduate Certificate in Urban Estate Management from UTS and is in the process of completing a Masters in Property Development at UTS. Tim has been elected to the NSW Board of the Regional Council and is serving as the secretary for the North Shore First National Zone.

Tim's job entails managing commercial, retail and industrial properties and maximising their returns and performance as well as ensuring they are well maintained. Tim also spends time liaising with tenants and owners and providing them with regular feedback and financial reports. The range of commercial properties managed by Tim spans right across the Sydney Metropolitan area from large factory units in Sydney's Western Suburbs to high end retail shops in some of Sydney's most desirable retailing areas.

Tim enjoys his role for the challenges it presents on a daily basis. "My job is always varied, intellectually stimulating and I get great satisfaction from achieving results beyond expectations. I enjoy forming strong relationships with the tenants and owners and get inspired by working with such a dynamic team here at First National North Sydney", says Tim.

Tim lives locally with his wife and his three children. He tries to take plenty of time to relax and indulge in his love of sport and outdoor activities with regular games of golf, tennis, ocean swimming, surfing as well as the occasional biathlon.
