From Peter Hill Real Estate to First National North Sydney

Since 1953 when Peter Hill started the business the agency has been serving the Lower North Shore area. Some 18 years ago the agency joined the First National network of independent agents and became known as Peter Hill First National. With the leadership of directors Mark Smith and Tim O’Halloran the company has grown and expanded to house five specialist departments servicing the Sydney Metropolitan area; Residential Sales and Property Management, Commercial Sales/Leasing as well as Property Management and Tourism Sales. With the addition in 2009 of Associate Director James Reeves, a visionary team of leaders have been created to keep the vision of Peter Hill in vivid memory.

In 2010 the company underwent a transformation of name and image to become First National North Sydney, a name which celebrates their history by linking the past, yet paving the way for the future.
